1 - Can I return my print?
If a statutory right of withdrawal applies in your country, you may return your print within the legally required timeframe.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the print must be returned in its original condition.
Where local consumer law does not provide a statutory right to return an item because you have changed your mind, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
For full details, see our Shipping & returns.
2 - What if my order arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us and send clear photos of the print and its packaging.
Once the issue has been confirmed, we’ll arrange either a replacement at no extra cost or a refund.
3 - Is the frame included?
No. Common Office prints are supplied unframed.
This is intentional: our prints use standard frame sizes, making it easy to choose a frame locally that suits your space, while avoiding the extra cost and impact of shipping a bulky frame.
We particularly like natural oak, thin black frames and frameless clip frames.
4 - What paper do you use?
Our prints are produced on 200gsm Enhanced Matte Art Paper.
It has a smooth, matte, natural-white finish chosen to preserve the warm off-white background of Common Office designs while keeping typography and fine details crisp.
Prints are produced using giclée printing with archival pigment inks.
5 - Where is my print produced?
Common Office prints are made to order.
Our production partner operates a global print network, and orders are routed to the production facility nearest to the customer whenever possible.
Enhanced Matte Art Paper is currently fulfilled from facilities in the UK, EU, USA, Canada and Australia. This helps reduce shipping distance and delivery time.
6 - How long does shipping take?
Each print is produced after you place your order.
Production usually takes around 1–3 working days, depending on the production location. Shipping time is then added to this and varies depending on your destination and the delivery service available.
You’ll receive tracking information where available once your order has been dispatched.
7 - Which size should I choose?
Our prints are available in three sizes:
30 × 40 cm / approx. 12 × 16 in
Compact and easy to place. Ideal for smaller walls, shelves, kitchens, hallways or grouped displays.
40 × 50 cm / approx. 16 × 20 in
Our most versatile size. Large enough for the design to feel present and readable without dominating the room.
50 × 70 cm / approx. 20 × 28 in
Best for larger walls or when you want the Department to become a stronger feature of the space.
All three sizes use the same visual system, with the artwork adapted to each format rather than simply enlarged.
Depending on your location, your print may be produced using either metric or imperial sizing. Small differences of around 1–2 mm can also occur due to normal trimming tolerances.
8 - Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Common Office ships worldwide.
Orders are produced locally whenever possible through our international print network, with fulfilment available across Europe, the UK, North America and Australia.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your destination.
