Every Common Office print is made to order.
Our production partner operates an international print network, allowing orders to be produced as close to their destination as possible.
Most prints are produced within 1–4 working days before being dispatched.
Shipping
We ship internationally.
Delivery times depend on your destination, the production location and the shipping service available. Estimated shipping costs and delivery options are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has been dispatched.
Because orders may be produced locally or shipped internationally depending on destination and availability, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply in some countries. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by local law.
Shipping rates depend on your destination and order value:
France: €6.90 — free from €90
Core Europe: €8.90 — free from €100
Extended Europe: €10.90 — free from €110
Switzerland: €10.90 — free from €110
Monaco: same conditions as France
International: €22.90 — free from €150

Changed your mind?
Common Office accepts returns where a statutory right of withdrawal applies under the consumer laws of your country.
Where such a right applies, you must notify us within the legally required period after receiving your order. For customers in the European Union, European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, this is generally 14 days from delivery.
Once you have notified us, the print must be returned within the applicable legal timeframe and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
Where local consumer law does not provide a statutory right to return an item simply because you have changed your mind, Common Office does not accept change-of-mind returns.
When a valid statutory withdrawal applies, we will refund the price paid for the returned item and any standard outbound delivery charge required by applicable law. We may wait until the returned item has been received, or until you provide evidence that it has been sent back, before issuing the refund.
Exchanges
Common Office does not offer direct exchanges for changes of size, colour or product.
Where a return is permitted, please return the original item in accordance with the applicable return conditions and place a new order for the item you would prefer.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing:
- the product;
- the damaged, defective or incorrect area;
- the packaging, where relevant.
Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement at no additional cost or a refund.
You will not be charged return or replacement costs for a confirmed defective, damaged or incorrect product.
